Skills just shipped in Framer, so I’ve turned one of my favourite engineering principles into a reusable skill: one thing at a time. I’ve put it in a new Skills section here, ready to copy into your own project.

The idea

I’d rather pick one useful thing and actually finish it than come away with a long list I’ll probably never get to. /one-thing starts by asking what part of your site you’d like to improve. It reviews the project, finds a focused change and makes it on a branch for you to review.

Not sure where to start? Just say so. The Framer Agent can look at your project’s Analytics, accessibility, performance and the Framer features you use, then choose a small improvement itself. It leaves the branch ready for you; it won’t publish the site or apply the change to main without your approval.

What it found

For the demo, I asked it to find something worth improving. It gave it a historic Framer documentation template: each browser tab needed the article name in its title. It’s not a dramatic change, but if you’re like me and have 20 tabs open at once, knowing which article is which is pretty useful!
